Arrival and Departure

The conference will begin at 2:30pm on Monday. The conference will end on Tuesday at 3pm. We recommend that you arrive Monday morning and stay until Tuesday evening. We ask especially that you make plans that allow you to stay for the whole conference, in order to help build collegiality among all the participants. 


Transportation

The Boston city-wide T and/or bus system is often the most accessible to move about the city. There are apps that can help you navigate this. Boston College is accessible by the B - Green Line. Parking is available at the conference, including handicap parking. Rideshares are widely available throughout the area, and may be your best option when leaving or returning to the airport.


Location

The conference will be held on Boston College’s Clough School of Theology and Ministry Campus, within the Theology and Ministry Library’s auditorium and atrium. The address for the library is 117 Lake St., Brighton, MA. When entering the building there will be plenty of friendly faces—both from the library and from EP—to direct you towards where we will be meeting. Your Paper 

Please send your official paper title to Megan Hopkins (megan.hopkins@bc.edu) by September 1st. Please include in this email  a short bio of yourself, which will be used to introduce you before your presentation. To ensure that each person is given equitable time to present their paper and receive questions, we ask that your paper be limited to twelve pages, double spaced.


Meals

Our conference will provide dinner on Monday, and a continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday. Please let Megan Hopkins (megan.hopkins@bc.edu) know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
