Keynote – Chris Conway, “Meeting at the Margins: Cokhāmelā, Community, and Comparative Theology”

This year’s keynote speaker is Christopher Conway, assistant professor of College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University, who will be considering marginality in his presentation of the Cokhāmelā, a figure of the bakti tradition who was regarded as “untouchable.” This lecture addresses the special topic of the upcoming conference, “Exclusivity and Inclusion in Religious Communities.”

Join us Sunday, April 2, at 6:00pm for this keynote event, in the Shea Room of Conte Forum.
