We invite proposals for the upcoming Engaging Particularities XV, April 2–3, 2017. The submission deadline is December 31st, 2016.

In addition to welcoming various disciplinary perspectives for a general call in the sub-disciplines and areas of comparative theology, interreligious dialogue, theology of religions, and missiology, this conference will focus on the special theme of “Exclusivity and Inclusion in Religious Communities.” For the formal call and the specific instructions for submission, please see the pdf linked in this post above.

General call: We also invite proposals on critical issues and themes from various disciplinary perspectives (such as but not limited to ethics, systematics, historical studies, biblical studies, philosophy, sociology, anthropology, etc.) in four areas: comparative theology, interreligious dialogue, theology of religions, and missiology.

Submission guidelines: To submit a proposal, please email an abstract of no more than 250 words to epbcsubmissions@gmail.com by December 31st, 2016. Please indicate whether you are submitting for the special focus or general call, and include your contact information, institution, and program.
